Pilates Remedy is a boutique studio located in the Historic Downtown area of Yuma, AZ, offering small group classes for all levels and private appointments for all abilities. We cater to clients who are new to using the reformer as well as clients who have injuries, illness, or other fitness decline. We strive to provide sessions that are fun and challenging yet meet the needs of each participant, no matter their experience.
